Joe Howe stood on his head tonight and made 40 plus saves for CC. Tonight he played as well as I remember him playing in his freshman and sophomore seasons. Game three tomorrow night. With DU on spring break there may well be as many CC fans in the arena tomorrow night as Denver fans. I hope it's a good game.

So yeah, my looking into a reservation for the *HT was premature. Sitting comfortably at the HHT. Coach Parker's last game at Agganis Arena ever. It was emotional. After the game and the handshakes, he left. The team stayed on the ice to watch a video that the arena had produced and showed during the intermission during both games. They were tapping their sticks at the end, it was cool. Then Coach came back out to address the crowd. It was short and very sweet. And his last words before he left the ice for the last time was "I LOVE the band!!" And as a former band member, that's when I started to tear up.
He came into the Friends Lounge afterwards to a round of applause and took pictures with people. For many years, there has been a guy who has taken off his shirt to get the crowd riled. He's ridiculously hairy - Sasquatch to those of you who have been to games at BU. Anyway, he doesn't do it much anywhere but he did it tonight. Coach sees him and says "I want a picture with you!!" Ha! That was a fun moment.
And now next Friday a semi final match against....BC. That game will kill me. Could be his last game ever. I'm not sure how I'll get through it!

Kato could be close. With Wisconsin surging, it worries me. Mavs are 12 after tonight. North Dakota is fine. But seriously, this Final Five would be a disaster if that happened. (For me, anyways.)
It just reminds me of the series we lost in 3 to the rodents at home. Wisconsin somehow sneaks in as we don't. (Albeit, our regular season wasn't quite as good that year.)

We chased their hot shot goalie. It was awesome. Poor Broncos (but not really). Also, where the hell was this Michigan team all season?
So on the way to Western, there's a billboard for "Little Darlings". The friends and I start discussing, what we think "Little Darlings" is. And I decide it should be a midget strip club. It's not. But that got me thinking a midget strip club might be a good idea. So we look up, and see one already exists in Detroit: "Half Pintz"

Got all of 20 minutes of sleep. Now working for another 6 hours. Having 4g and being able to watch live streaming of weekend 1 Ultra Music Fest is going to be the death of me.
