I don't know but techs generally don't make out there own work orders, their managers do

I've had a tech or two ream their manager/whoever on the phone, while carrying out the service order at my place. Service order was written out wrong/something wasn't working during setup, whatever, and the tech went rogue and fixed the problem(s).

A couple weeks ago we had the barricaded gunman in my subdivision. Now there's another standoff about 3 blocks from me. This is getting ridiculous.

We saw a State Police vehicle speeding down 12 and I wondered aloud to the hubby about your gunman being back. Wasn't too far off, I guess...
