Morning Lodge! My bodyclock is a bit off, still running on MPLS time. Usually doesn't happen with me whe I travel. Arm is not as sore as I thought it would be considering the tatt artist spent 3.5 hours on an area that's about 6" x 4" on the inside of my forearm. It got a little painful towards the end, I have to admit. Looks really good though!

::waves:: Hi mel!!

Good morning Lodge and Happy Friday. Up and at 'em today. Got a good night's sleep and woke up with no ill affects from any alcohol. Went to get my Friday morning grilled corn muffin and it was perfect. I hope that bodes well for the rest of the day. Lots of work to do but no meetings scheduled (at the moment anyway). No hockey tonight. I may do some Christmas shopping.

Morning Lodge.

The bacon controversy ended well. Everyone enjoyed bacon, even those who came up with the "no bacon" policy.

No hockey for me this weekend, so I'm going to go caroling tomorrow and see a Christmas horror movie tonight. Should be a good weekend.

Weekend is only a few hours away! I have some homework to do for grad school this weekend, but after that I'm off for a whole month. That will kick ***.

So upbeat... must be the aphrodisiac of beating #1! ;)

Afternoon, El Lodge!

Heard a funny small thump-thump-thump while driving this morning. Pulled over and took a look: there's a small steel wire disc, like from a hand-held sander, stuck in my tire. Great! After lunch I'm going to take it to the nearby shop, and hopefully they'll say, Yeah, that's not deep at all, just pry it out, end of story. //hope hope hope//

So apparently at work I am an engineer because I know how to measure and make diagrams.

Stayed in town to see Dan band cause nobody wants to come with me.... Stopped at a thai restaurant near Chinatown to eat at the bar.... Ordered my mango dish and drinking Singha like a good native when mr & mrs whitey come in and grab stools from the side and crowd me... Tiny bartender comes over and aske what they would lie to drink... Woman says "we should get a Mai tai since we're here".

I would love to have someone's hammer :p :rolleyes:
