Had a really wonderful day today. Had a chair event at another business this morning. They have this little computer training lab type room there that we normally set a chair up in and everything. So as I was sliding the last little table over, all of a sudden I feel this loud Pop from my lumbar spine. I stood there a minute, just wondering what the hell just happened. started moving around some, seemed to be ok, just don't want to make any sudden movements. Anyways. did some stretching and got thru the event there in good shape. and I had called the studio to have them block off the open 3 oclock slot that I had so that I could do some more stretching and just trying to relax the thing out a bit before my other sessions later. Did all right for the first one, but did a lot of sitting during the second one and the back stiffened up on me. And tonight was the office holiday party as well. You know you're getting old when your back goes out about as much as you do.

Good morning Lodge. Going to the office in a bit to clean up my cube. It's out of control! Hockey tonight. Game's at 8pm, on TV, CBS Sports Network. Prior to that is the annual lobstah clambake we have before every home game against Maine.

HHT, Gophers finally win on the road on Friday and jr's team wins 5-0 and jr got a PP goal.
Don't know w-t-f Bloomington doesn't want to put any salt on the roads or the lot at their rink. Was fine once we got up to Edina with a little salt, but very slick down in Bloomington last night.

Could be a long day.
Little g is at a birthday party being held at the bowling alley. Mrs g dropped us both off and i was going to hang in the bar and have lunch in the event little g needed some assistan e. One of the dads whose kid is also at the party owns the place and has a liquor rep at the bar and has samples. The owner is feeding me booze and wanting my opinion as I sample. I am not a big drinker..........ruh roh. Only noon and I am feeling fine and wdandy..
