I'm going to guess that after tonight's celebration, the MTU fans are going to have hangovers that will last em to Winter Carnival!! :D

Expecting something to happen pretty soon out in the barn. really hoping it lasts just another day or so, and our mare can foal a New Years baby. :D

Today is the gf's birthday. Taking her to dinner. Her parents are in town to visit till tomorrow, so we will have cake with them afterward.

Good Morning Lodge.

Sooo happy to be at work today.:rolleyes: This was the second time I have had to use my key to get in. No one else here at 6:45. I've heard two more people come in since then.

It was fun to stand in the arena and watch the Packers lose last night. Don't think it matters much in the grand scheme as the Pack had to play some lowly team at Lambeau next week. Big Blue's hyperbole notwithstanding, the Eagles are a good team and last night was a fluke result (but a fun fluke). I expect BC to be in the mix at season's end.

I actually have work to do. It's just that I'm one of very few who do at my office. Many who have been here for a while had vacation they needed to use up before year end, or they lose it. I wish I didn't have work that needs to get out and that I had time to take off. I was working on my laptop at an ice arena again yesterday while jr was at practice. I took over a project from a guy who left and it is all FUBAR but needs to get issued by Thursday.

What a cool experience to see Tech finally win GLI after 32 years. GLI is a ton of fun, I always enjoy going.

My Michigan trip ends tomorrow but still have days off because I'm getting my wisdom teeth out on Thursday.
