At 25-50$ a pop you would think they would at least take tylenol before insisting on an appt. And no, just because you paid that I will not be giving you the antibiotic anyway, in case... and because it is New Years next week the viral infection is not going to decide to go away if I give you an antibiotic.
My favorite line lately- "Do they think this is Burger King- they can walk in and order up what they want?" My MA's response- "yes"
Couldn't walk into the bank in Texas but mailed my last payment in yesterday. w00t!! And I have a Subaru so maybe that will be it for awhile. (of course Lil has insurance payments that we are helping with but stillWOOT!!! Finally did it. Just made the last payment on the car today. Went down to the bank, handed them the last payment in cash, and had them sign off on the title.![]()

Busiest day for me in months. Saw double what I have been seeing. My MA keeps telling me to just take the co-payments but I continue to be astonished that people will insist on coming in for a 'sinus infection' with nasal congestion that they have had for 3 hours. How many times does someone need to be told that if you don't have a fever and the sx are not longstanding it is NOT a sinus infectionQuiet for us too.....so quiet the cut us loose early.
