Good morning Lodge.

A balmy 3 degrees here in 320 land. Toss in a breeze and it feels like 10 below zero.

To all Lodge members:

Einen guten Rutsch ins neue Jahr!

(Happy New Year!, literally "a good slide into the New Year", a greating that is used before January 1, not on or after it.)

Morning!

Excited to see a Bears win, a Vikings loss, and AP set the rushing record (for 16 games).

Did any of it actually stick on your side of the Potomac? It all seemed to melt in 202-land before hitting the ground or on impact.

considering I'm what, 2.5 miles from you by air? Nope.

Having walked up hill from the Rosslyn Metro Station to Court House, I know that you are at a much higher altitude than me. That could affect things. :D

Seriously, I should have put a smiley on that comment.
