HHT for me! Wasn't pretty, but I'll take it.

just saw my 14 yr old niece sprained her achillies tendon today. She has a solo dance this year on her competition team and they have their unveiling of all their competition dances and she can't perform and she's devastated. I feel so bad for her. :( I may go up there tomorrow night to bring her something, or take her out, if she can go out. Poor kid, she's on crutches. At least she didn't tear it. Those take forever to heal.

Do. Not. Mess. With. The. Achilles. I've stretched mine twice, second time I was in an aircast for a week. One more time, no matter how far in the future it happens, it's probably gonna snap. Godspeed to her.
