My day is ending well. Predator is on AMC....with commentary by Kevin Smith. That is all sorts of awesome. :)

But I feel for you MI people.

* sports table.

Also, got a neg rep from a Miami fan, who didn't even have the courage to sign it (it's nice to have Extra). I haven't even said anything awful in that thread...yet.

I liked how you qualified that post with a Yet.... ;)

Good Morning Lodge! :)

I wonder if watching a marathon in the wind and rain will be a fun way to spend the day. ;)

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge #157: Hockey Watching Habits

Good morning Lodge. Calm before the Frankenstorm here. I need to eat, maybe do a load of laundry then run out and do some food shopping before heading to Jenna's house to catch Patriots in jolly old England. Great, I can watch them collapse in the 4th quarter in a second country.

Sorry Tigers fans. That score surprised me this morning. But, you know, you actually had awesome post season play. Which I know is not much comfort, but from a fan of a team whose season ended in, like, June, it's about all I got.

Need to catch the weather report now as I feel this nightmare of a storm will affect my travel to North Dakota this week. What's the weather forecast for the Twin Cities for Thursday? I change planes there.

48 for the high and mostly sunny, as of right now. High 40's all week is forecast, so I doubt it'd change much.

Yes, Pile Sunday declared indeed. OC for the noon games (and free appetizers, since I beat the manager in the NFL pick 'em), then back home for RedZone and whatever game is on tv.

Good Morning, Lodge!

Goldy and soh, you owe me. I was up in St. Cloud and FTLT/Rabib reamed me for somewhat standing up for you two. All I said was "Who cares!? It is a message board." Then he was threatening physical action against you two. Really? Sorry that you let yourself open for cheap shots and keep instigating. It is the internet, not life.

Dang, I need to check my kid's hockey schedule and see if we can make it up for either of the Gopher games up there. I could wear a sign so he can find me and threaten me in person. :D

What. A. Dip(s). It's not like I did anything that bad, just pointed out that St. Cloud sucks just as bad as Mankato. I know, I know, neither one is all that bad as small cities go (I've lived in worse), just what stupid idea that one is significantly better than the other. Far less what Dude Love was claiming - that the Cloud is the bestest place on Earth.

And I'd certainly buy you and the Mr. a round for standing up for me.

Thanks for the round!

Mr. wore Black is from the St. Cloud area. We were driving around the area yesterday and he said "This place is horrible. I am glad we moved away from this ****hole."

Defending your hometown is one thing, threatening physical harm? Son, you ain't in a gang. Calm down. That's so sad.

What's even better, is that he said he is going to use a baseball bat. If you are going to fight, at least use your fists.
