Good Morning Lodge.

May get a little snow here this afternoon. Raining now and we really need it.

Good morning Lodge.

A light dusting of snow on the grass this morning.

Does anyone else have to keep logging in periodically? I have my computer set to stay logged in, but this morning I've had to log in to USCHO 3 times already. I'm just wondering if its a USCHO problem or if my work computer is being a POS.

Maybe your work computer is set to clear cache/cookies, etc.

I have had that problem on occasion, but not recently.

It never has been before, I didn't change any settings. I'm guessing it is the computer, it has been getting progressively ****tier over the last few months.

So, we're due to get slammed with a hurricane next week. I know the forecast says Monday/Tuesday but I am planning now for it to affect my flight to North Dakota on Thursday. Jeez. Last Halloween we got the snowstorm the night before an early flight to Dallas. Why does this always happen when I want/need to fly????? [/pity party]

Met Olympic gold medalist Kayla Harrison this morning. Got a pic with her and she let he hold her gold medal. Very awesome. They're really heavy. Medals, that is.

USCHO won't let you call someone a jackbag on the boards, but it doesn't have anything against you using it for your password.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge #157: Hockey Watching Habits

luckily for me, I use a completely random string of letters, numbers and symbols. :p

I wonder why "michael" is particularly popular. Sadly "hockey" is not as popular as "baseball" and "football".

1) How many of these are fantasy sports league passwords?
2) How did they figure this out?

The security guy at my company says that if your password contains a word that can be found in the dictionary a hacker can figure it out in minutes..............

Hackers steal the passwords from Yahoo, Sony, etc., and post them in online hacker forums. The company finds these lists, creates aggregate values, and displays for us the 25 top results.

The snow has stopped in Minnehapless.
