Ok... we lost... but it was an exhibition game. I'll leave my seat at the HHT but will NOT move over to the *HT. After all, it was an exhibition...

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge #156: The Ultimate Showdown

Race didn't go so well today. Started to feel woozy at mile 12 and at mile 14.5, race officials had to take my hand and guide me onto a bus. The EMS put me on the ground with my legs in the air, trying to get blood back into my head. Eventually, I was taken to an ambulance, where they ran my vitals and took me to Hennepin County Medical Center for fluids and observation.

Glad you are ok, always another race in the future.

I think the mistake was doing carb loading by drinking more beers last night. ;)

Seriously, I hope you are feeling better and can make your trip home on time.

So jr is on a B2 team again, as expected. He had hoped to make a B1, but the group here at Edina is so tough it's a high bar to clear. Some good kids on the team. Only one real head case, that we know of. Skilled kid, but bad attitude. Some surprises in kids who made B2 while others dropped to C. At least one surprise on AA, surprise to me anyway.
Better B2 than B3. Bummer on the bad attitude thing. That is always the hardest to explain to your kid when he is a hard worker.

Ouch. Glad you are ok.

Can it prepare bacon? If not, then it's missing either a bell or a whistle. :)
No, but it has an outlet for a hotplate, somewhere to set it and a cooler to keep it cool before you cook it.

Glad you're ok, SB. HCMC is a nice way to round out your MSP tour and too bad you didn't get to see our capitol. ;)

Good for T! Not easy to make any of the B teams in Caketown.

So how much money does the surprise kid's parents make?;)

Can't be too disappointed with B2, that's a B1 team in 95 percent of the associations around the state.

I bet the red ones can prepare bacon....................
If a Deere is BMW, the red ones are Kias. They're just cheaper made (and priced cheaper), less technoligically advanced, less user friendly...There really is no comparison.
