Making baked haddock, with sauteed spinach and baked beans on the side.

Jr is making a French dinner for us right now. Ratatouille and some chicken dish with creme brulle for desert.

I'll stick with my porchetta w/onions and Mexican rice. With the Friek for dessert. :D

He has his own blowtorch for the dessert too! Not sure why my phone posted the last post twice.
Beats my dinner tonight: sauteed whitefish with a brown butter sauce, rice, and roasted green beans. Then I went out for a beer with my dad and had spinach and artichoke dip.

Stage is being prepped for journey. Lotta lights! I may be blinded when they play diva's song :D

I had a chili cheese dog here with a bag of skittles as a chaser washed down with bud light draft.

I think I lose! :D

Dinner was fabulous! The blowtorch ran out of gas though so we had to put the creme brulle under the broiler to crisp the sugar crust. Worked just fine.

I bit my tongue during breakfast, it was gushing blood for about 5 minutes. I made a burger and some tater tots for dinner, but only finished about half because my tongue hurt.
