Wrong answer. Should have gone with "You Didn't Build This."

I didn't want to be MEAN. Besides, there were a LOT of other teams wondering WTeFF on the name, knowing Bro Gin. Including his dad. That was worth it.

Good Morning Lodge!

It looks like the remnants of Isaac are coming through town. Thus no bike riding. :(

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge #155: Back to School

Grilling today with the family. Hopefully it stays nice out. Last I checked, rain was possible. :(

Well that was a fun 10 minutes at the roulette table. I was up $300 from yesterday and was considering not playing today, didn't want to press my luck. But we're here, so I thought "I'll play $100 of my winnings." going home up $200 would have been OK. But I got a little adventurous and decided to play nickels inside. I put $10 each on five different numbers. First spin, one of them hit. Two spins later, one of my other numbers hit. I played thru the rest if that $100 and cashed out with $600 so I'm +$800 for this trip!!! I bought an iPad on Saturday and it looks like I just paid for it!! :)

Good afternoon, Lodge. Lazy day today.

Awesome!! Love playing roulette, I'm also up about $800 for the year from the Mohawk casino back up in NY. Wish the hard rock casino down here had roulette tables.

Howdy Lodge. Its been a lazy weekend so far, and I still have another day left of it. I'm going to clean up the house and maybe get some other stuff done around here now, since the gf decided that she needed to go home and get her own stuff done before class starts tomorrow.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge #155: Back to School

I found that out when I was setting up my dual tv setup with a couple gaming systems. Took everything apart, so as to find the optimal positioning for the two stands, then hooking everything back up. And then finding out I probably need an additional cable splitter to accommodate the two cable boxes + modem.

I have an extra splitter (and a triple splitter if that would work) if you still need one.

Spent this weekend clearing things out of my mom's house and trying to get the rest of the family to come and get their stuff so that my mom can put the house on the market and downsize like she wants to do.

Hi Lodge.

Congrats Scarlet!

Good luck to lil g!

Just doing some misc. chores today after a few days off at the North Shore. Ate too much and learned just how horribly out of shape I really am. :o I need to get into better shape now. It's tough with a bad ankle to do much of anything - can't even walk, much far less run. Going to try biking, both outside and on a stationary. If that doesn't work, it'll have to be swimming and that's a huge pain. Takes more time, costs more and I don't much like it.

Eh, they're usually only a couple bucks at Radio Shack or Target or something. I should probably get a new one anyways, since the one I have is about 15 years old.

Had a good ol' fashioned meal of pulled pork and corn on the cob today at the family's. Intro'd Lime-A-Ritas, also. They liked 'em. :D

Now, more laziness before going back into the fray tomorrow.

Drinks on Scarlet?

Evening, Lodge. As of 5:15, this is my Friday night. :o Last day of work as a pretend soldier for the year, and I don't work for a few days, so I think I'll kick back with a beer or three.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge #155: Back to School

I spent the day shredding documents at home. It's not as fun as it sounds.

My mom had a ton of old documents lying around that can't just be tossed, and so I've started working on them. I figure that after three large trash bags filled, I'm somewhere between 5-10% finished. I can't believe the amount of documents I've found this summer - the earliest I recall seeing go back to 1978.

As a teen, I had a side job doing that. Good Lord was that boring.
