Re: Rep Retirement Lodge #154: Olympics

With her training there's like 3 big companies that she could work for and I happen to drive past the world headquarters for the 2 she didnt work for this morning leaving houston. Apparently it's pretty common for engineers to switch to competing companies.
Except there's no oil or gas in MN, so that doesn't really help.

Good Morning, Lodge! :)

Only got a bit wet before I decided that it really wasn't a good day to go bike riding. Too bad that I then had 12 miles to get back home. :D

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge #154: Olympics

morning tLodge. The mini slippers will be one on Saturday. Hopefully she will be feeling better. Had a 102.5 fever on Saturday but fever was broken this morning. Dr said it was a virus. I'll post a new pic today.

Good morning Lodge.

Ham, onion, green pepper, mushroom, tomato and cheese omlettes have been served.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge #154: Olympics

Morning everyone. Tough day here in the 'co household. Fiancee's dog of 14 years is sick with a spinal cord/brain tumor and is going to be put down. My theory is that losing your first dog and or your childhood dog is extra tough. It's gonna be a long day.

Where's mine? :( And how about the oatmeal with raisins on the side?

Sorry Biddy.:(:( I saw the FB post from Bethlyn, but didn't understand.

A friend gave us some eggs from her farm. It has been quite a few years since I have had eggs from the farm. Cripes, there is quite a difference between farm eggs and eggs purchased at the store.........

Biddco, tough situation. Good luck,

JF - that made me laugh out loud. Sitting here at the National Coney Island here at DTW. This is my favorite airport because of this place. Excellent breakfast.

Biddco - :( so sorry to hear that.

Farm milk > Farm eggs, though, both are much better than in the store.

I remember what she went through with the other one...

She has been preparing for this day for a couple years so that helps. Toby's death was sudden and not expected.

Thanks for the kind thoughts. I worry about the day my childhood Basset Hound will need to go, thats not that far away.
