it's #3, i think mns's plane thing is in there, too

oh, and please sign the petition, too :)
I would probably watch that. Sounds more entertaining than "Dude rides horse in a circle" (I know, I know..."don't knock dressage":p)

Air Racing wasn't in there. Cracked had another article where they mentioned helicopter racing was said to be an approved sport by the IOC (along with Tug-O-War and dueling pistols). I'm talking about this.

Clicking order this evening.
1) Dirty Harry (REELZ)
2) Twins
3) Olympics.

You guessed it....my wife isn't home. :)

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge #154: Olympics

I believe Tug Of War was, at one point, an Olympic event.

Pfffft. Make it interesting and have the pilots wear a blindfold.

A friend of mine works for MMM in Alex. They were giving tours this weekend. I got an invite but couldn't make it. Apparently giving tours is not the norm and is very rare.......????????

At plants, yes. Alex is an abrasives plant, IIRC. They all have a lot of proprietary processes & information and I don't k ow about any that allow public tours, heck, most are not open to our customers for a visit. When I was with Thinsulate & Scotchlite our customers always wanted to tour the plants but we couldn't do it, way too much sensitive information.

Got it. Probably top secret because they have nine year old girls working 60 hours a week making sandpaper while the boys are dumping the "leftovers" into the river for 10 cents an hour. :) ;) :D.

It's a little disconcerting to read a tweet from your 14 yr old niece with swears.

Just a bit.

I gotta be careful on Facebook, because a good chunk of family is there. I really can't turn it loose there.

That's all I need at the next get-together, is my 7 year old nephew asking me "if you are friends, why do you call each other *******s?"
