Re: Rep Retirement Lodge #153: Condiments, anyone?

I just noticed that Bob Gray has reached max rep. I don't know when it happened.

Ah, you beat me to it. :D

"I think (Hong Kong) is a city that can be defined by business," said Cheng, who recently graduated from Baptist University in Hong Kong with a degree in religion and philosophy. "But the cost of living in a dynamic city is that you don't have your personal space."

That's no joke. It's so crowded there -- both in public, and in the very small apartments people live in -- we'd see young couples sitting together in the display rooms at IKEA. And they weren't taking a little break, like anybody else who's tired of walking around; they were happy to have found a little corner of a little room they could hang out in. Very weird.

Salmon burgers are on the grill and shrimp scampi with linguine as well as some dirty rice on the stove. Should be a solid dinner!

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge #153: Condiments, anyone?

NY strip, salad, tomato, garlic bread, chocolate cake here.

W.T.F do you do with a degree in that?

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge #153: Condiments, anyone?

Gorged myself on Mexican food (lamb flautas), continuing the dinner theme.

Evening, Lodge. The gf is coming back into town tomorrow - tonight is "clean up the massive bachelor-lifestyle mess night." :o

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge #153: Condiments, anyone?

Good evening Lodge. Off to Disney World tomorrow morning early early early. My nieces are here with me now. Posting will be limited while gone. Be good.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge #153: Condiments, anyone?

Got my days off for the MN/CC road trip (sorry, flight) in December. Also found that I have to burn 22 more hours of PTO to get down to my 40 carryover. Which doesn't count the PTO I earn in Dec (which I get in Jan but applies to this current year) which means I think I actually have to burn about 38 more hours to reach the 40 carryover. Not bad considering I took a total of about 4 weeks off already this year.

Yeah, I know, must be rough. :D

Edit:

I SWEAR this wasn't any of the RLHC. Although this could have happened in the past quite easily, to a couple of us....:

(612):

Do you know how to give stitches?

(1-612):

I do not...this text concerns me

So, what, they get it on in a youth hostel is this more about public space?

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge #153: Condiments, anyone?

Just got back from Batman midnight premier. While I never saw any of the previous ones, I thought it was pretty **** good. Can't/won't spoil anything though.
