And I can be economical with the burlap sacks. I just need to destroy something beautiful. And got word that one of our star players is suspended for tomorrow's game, due to a cheap hit (and I can't argue against it). Gonna be a long weekend, DAMMIT.

Sorry. HHT for me, dammit. And the cold has really reared its ugly head, worst it has been so far, 12 days and counting DAMMIT! Pounding zicam (since I read it works on here, thanks!) and cold meds as often as it calls for, DAMMIT.

HHT for me... But my laptop power supply just died tonight and I still have zero leads in the job hunt. DAMMIT!

:P I forgot about that DAMMIT!

Still happy dancing around this AM. Was really stressing that Lil wasn't going to qualify. I took a leap of faith and took the day off of work for States and had to fight for the day (pretty hard) because the other NP wanted the day too. made it by 0.59 seconds. Needed a 4:52 and ran a 4:51.41. Where is RFAlph to check my math? Hey- where is RFAlph? sleeping in again? And after a 2 hr ride home not only watched probably the best hockey game I have seen in a few yrs but we won it!

GOOD MORNING EVERYONE!! saturday!

Drove into the office this morning to pick up my laptop. I wasn't able to bring it home with me last night as I didn't have my car with me and didn't want to lug it into the game, and I also didn't know if they would let me in the building with it. It only took me 9 minutes to get there. That's how close I live. Yet some days it takes me close to an hour to get there. Regular workday traffic sucks DAMMIT!

And now for an innuedo-laden story. So, I pulled into a spot on the street and this guy comes up to me to ask if I could do a favor. He said his battery died and asked if I could give him a jump. His wife was in the car. I was like, "Dude, I have to run into the office to get something first. Let me get that and when I come back I'll see if I can help you." He said he'd wait. I go into the building, the elevator said no access to my floor. Apparently they're painting the elevator lobby area. So I had to take the elevator to the 8th floor, find the only open stairwell, grabbed my stuff, went back down to the 8th floor to get the elevator. Got to the main lobby and asked security about whether he could help dead battery guy. He could not. My concern was the side of the street he was on was single lane and if I pulled up next to him I'd be blocking traffic. But, by the time I got outside, dead battery guy was gone. Hmmmm. Did I foil a nefarious plot?? Or did the car mysteriously start? I don't know if I was in the building long enough to have another person jump the guy. DAMMIT that was a little creepy.

I just forgot. :o And then I went to German class DAMMIT! (I GUESS it is DAMMSIE since it is "die Unterricht".)

The math is correct.

Wheeee, just went to get a fresh haircut and some energy drinks. Gonna be a long night, on the Commie grind, except I'll be working 5pm to 5am for the time being.

Afternoon, Lodge. Fought the crowds at Costco, now I'm back cranking out a cover letter and following the Tech score.
