If you're 1099 instead of W-2, you're probably not going to like what happens next.

It's always amazing how quiet it gets outside when it starts to snow. I got home, came out of the garage, and the neighborhood was silent.

Truth.

And a friend reminded me of a great saying that I haven't heard in years, applicable when it snows out: "whip a shittie" (pull the parking brake and do a 180 in your car) :D

Last time I did that it wound up being more like a 270 and I had to fix the rear brakes on the truck.

Had another weird hockey dream last night, although this one involved no posters. No way in hell am I sharing the details of this one. This one was out there.

I was thinking this while I was shoveling this morning (of course, no one in our neighborhood is likely to be shoveling at 5:45am if they can help it). The sound of the car door actually echoed a bit in our neighborhood.

Dreamed I was pregnant last night. Woke up in a cold sweat. What a nightmare! This uterus is closed for business.

We just rolled out this idea to little g within the last couple days and getting a cat is a new concept in our house so I have not had much time to research different cat breeds.

It will be a big task for little g to hit but knowing him he will hit the goal sooner than we think.

My advice to you is this: go to a local cat shelter and see what happens. You'll figure out which one you want pretty quickly, and the local volunteers will be able to tell you which ones are social and which ones are better left alone.

1099s suck, as does Schedule C.
However, Ohio tax forms suck more.
Can't wait until we just have federal and Minnesota.
