Crap. What about either of the away games next weekend? I saw your texts when I got home but it wouldn't have mattered anyway as I didn't have them with me.

Good morning Lodge. Coffee is on, going to make breakfast then head out to the dry cleaners, bottle redemption and to CVS to buy a birthday card for my 5-year-old godchild. I'm heading to her place this afternoon to drop off her Christmas and birthday gifts and go with the family to some crazy kids place for her birthday party. In my own car, so I can bolt early.

I'm right there with you. I think even most of the parents there will be right with you. Those places are insane.

I will second that.

After I finish working out I will be heading over to a friends house to watch a football game. NDSU plays for all the marbles today. Should be fun as I am sure I will have a few beverages in me before the sun goes down this evening. I am not a big fan of NDSU but my friend played for them and was a key player in winning a couple championships. Besides, he is not much of a hockey fan and he had to sit through the BSU game when they were in the F4 while I was in Vegas. So I guess I owe him one.

If you do your taxes at home, Amazon has the H &R Block 2011 tax prep software as its Gold Box Deal of the Day. Multiple versions are included, download or have it mailed to you. I don't usually post something like this, but everyone has to file their taxes, and they're selling for $17-35 for an application that's normally $35-65.

Afternoon, Lodge. Got my new schedule all set up, and I'll be in class from 3-11 on Monday through Wednesday. Can't wait to start.

**** repairmen. Appointment was between 8 and noon. When no one showed up before 11:30 I called and the recorded message said my appointment was between noon and 5. I waited on line to speak to someone to try to get more info, and she said that the repairman would call me. When no one called by 2 pm, I called again, and this time they put me on hold. After about 20 minutes I was told there was a glitch and I had to reschedule. So now I will go through this all again on Wednesday. :mad:

The worst thing is that it is 68 deg out and I could have been out bicycling.

After watching the NDSU game I spent a couple hours with boys outside. The weather lately has been very unseasonably mild. We played hard and now both little g and little gII are sleeping. What to do...............

I don't know how MN can possibly be atop the WCHA at this point. The team isn't that good and looks like an NCAA bubble team at best. Ugh.
