I can only imagine what Santas hear from the kids. If you get the right Santa, he'd probably want to take GII to a kitty bar so they both can hug and kiss some kitties.

It's not trumpet, and it's not either of those two restaurants. I don't think Frickers serves anything that resembles pizza, and Pizza House is 40 miles away.

I have not been to this place, but bf says "pizza bucket".

Speaking of bf...he's still here. But might go home tomorrow, and like, stay in his house for a night. Co-worker had a good analogy. "he's like a stray cat. You feed him and give him a comfortable place to sleep and wonder why he won't leave?"

That would be about the only other place in Adrian that isn't a chain store. At least off the top of my head anyways.

There's a Radisson just south of Mariucci on Washington Ave.

If you want something cheaper, there's a Days Inn a few blocks away from the arena as well.

Had another outdoor practice with my son's Mite team tonight. I'd say I'm better than three of these kids. It's pretty humbling. I'm definitely going to be the guy people root for because he's so out of his league. Like the nerdy, gangly 12th guy on your college basketball team: when he finally gets in a game, everybody goes bananas. People love that guy! :D
