Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 139: The Halloween Edition

That cheer had a place and a time. For the record, we hated them right out of college hockey. ;)

What are the odds that I can get a cab after the bar closes?

We have more than 2 cabs, so you're good to go. If you have a fancy phone like bbdl, you can get a cab app, that not only lets you set up a cabride, but I know Green And White has GPS, so you can tell where "your" cab is and about when it'll pick you up. And it gives you the driver's name, too. :)

We mayyyyyy have used it once or twice.

2 Wranglers and 2 Larry Mahan's
Ordering clothing is easy - just glance at the inside tags to see the size/measurements of what you already have and get those. As long as it isn't a different style/fit, it should work just fine.

Busy night for me. Was booked full Friday last week and I had my best regular wanting in today but I was requested at that time. A pretty good problem to have. Now if I could just get my Wednesday mornings to book up like that.

My pre or post game activities will be dictated by who I bring to the game.

I don't know much about what's around the arena (besides the usual Campus Pizza/Sally's/Stub And Herb's). I stay mostly in the 'burbs these days. Tons of stuff in DT Mpls, which is a short cabride, or you could hit Gasthof's in Nordeast Mpls, which is also a short cabride away.

Dinkytown is within easy walking distance of the arena, and there's a number of places there as well. You can also hop a campus connector bus (for free) to the west bank campus to gain access to all the 7 corners / nearby establishments.

GOOD MORNING EVERYONE!! tuesday. hmph.

Every time I post in big red letters I remember the time that Trumpet had a hangover and it hurt her eyes. That was years ago. WHy do I have trouble remembering to get milk when I drive home?

The short-term memory is the first to go? ;)

Morning Lodge.

FWIW I have tix for the Saturday BSU @ MN game and possibly Friday. I am open to meeting up before, during or after the game for those of you interested.

Jeebus, that's not until February. You're going to have to remind me closer to the date if youwant me to remember that. :)

Jr got an MRI yesterday to see if there was any sgnificant damage from his concussion. I'm getting one today for my shoulder. Had the right rotator cuff tendon repaired 1.5 years ago, looks like it's time to do some fixes on the left before it gets just as bad as the right was.

Good Morning

I'm thinking of having people over for the fight Saturday night. Haven't decided if I want to do that or just hit up a bar to watch it.

There are other places in Nordeast also, that might interest him. Speaking of that, we need to have a Psycho Suzi's night sometime, but maybe that should wait until spring so we can sit on the patio.

sheesh, highs in the thirties tomorrow and snow? Bring it on!

I wish we had that over here... I hate weather in the 50's and 60's. As they said on the weather report for the Jets/Bills game, it is unseasonably varm.
