*yawn* the radio this morning told me that Detroit is the most sleep-deprived city in the US.

Also, twice in 3 days I have fallen asleep during the last 30 minutes of a football game. Either they should start the games earlier or I need to move West a timezone or two.

I was a little nervous when the gay guy cashier at Panera knew my name, then I remembered that I had my work ID badge on. Whew, crisis averted.

Moving west does help, but I agree that they should just start the late games a bit earlier. Didn't they used to be around 7:30, or am I old and making things up again?

I love messing with people wearing name badges. The panicked look of, "How do you know my name?" is downright priceless sometimes.

It used to be 8 central, then they moved it earlier for the east coast crowd. But with all the pregame crap, it still runs late.

And it doesn't help when there's a crapload of penalties, 3-n-outs (more chances for ads), and challenges like last night.

That looked like a horrible game on paper, and it turned out to be even worse. Why anyone would watch that POS football game instead of Game 5 of Rangers-Cards, I have no clue. That was an excellent baseball game.

Morning. Installing my intake today and probably doing some other odds and ends. Not too sore this morning, but I have faith that my muscles will yell at me within the next day or so.

Tragic news up here in the north country this morning, a 12 year old boy got beaten to death last night in a town about 30 minutes away. No details as of yet, but it can't be good.

Sure, get out and share that illness with your patients! Why should you be the only one suffering? :p

Novocain wearing off. Just took a couple of Advil. She didn't give me any prescriptions. No painkillers, no anti biotics. Taking that as a good sign. That was an uncomfortable 2+ hours. And now she's telling me I might need to have a third appointment before they do the crown stuff. Great.

Maybe he just really liked your hat there cowboy. ;)

At the dealership, getting a grease and oil and having them figure out why there's been four different lights on my cars dash since last week. Think I had a rock kick up and hit up under the car. Hopefully, its nothing more a sensor knocked wonky.
