Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 137: Counting the long summer days

Apparently, Toby Keith and/or Eric Church are at TK's tonight, post-concert. I don't care who you are, that's a big score, even if the guy owns the bar. It's a flat-out event. I'm guessing that bar has a line 2-3 blocks long right now, and it's WEDNESDAY.

That being said, I'm glad I'm not there.

Morning!

Heh I trolled Brent in the CCHA Joins the WCHA thread. I thought he was smarter than that. :D

Supposed to be 95 today, and then back down to mid-70's tomorrow. Strange weather.

S'upp y'all

My fantasy team always went under: Mish Michaels Sports Machine

Got a call from some Commission for the Blind at 4:30 in the morning AK time. They had a 517 area code, so they must be lower MI folk. Hammer or Monster, go kick their ***.

Yes, I still have a Saginaw number. I'm on a family plan with my mom and sister because it's an awesome deal.

Twitch-they are f ing blind!!!! You think these folks can see their clocks?!?!?

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 137: Counting the long summer days

Morning. Drive by posting, driving just our boat with no barges as we're going to shipyard just west of NOLA for the next 20 days or so. Sounds like we'll be staying on the boat as opposed to going to another boat, so easyyy money for the rest of my hitch until sept 22.

Mookie does raise a good point here Twitch. Hardly would be fair to them, or fun for me if they can't see where to run. ;-)

Morning from downtown GR. Had plans to go out to the BOB last night, but we never quite made it there. :D Looking like it's going to be a good day for football!!! :D

My sarcasm meter was broken last night. :o

It sounds like someone is preaching down on the mall. I'm on 24th floor with sealed, double pane, windows and it is annoying in here. Glad I'm not on first floor with open windows!

Good morning, Lodge.

Gonna be a great day for football and making caramelized onion jam today.

How long before this thread gets to 3000 posts? Any wagers?

Nope...it was JT Hodges, the guy who opened for Eric Church.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 137: Counting the long summer days

I shouldn't dance as much as I did last night. I'm sure I looked ridiculous, but oh well, it was fun. And really how can I say no to all of good looking girls that kept wanting to dance with me?

One of them seems to be pretty into me. For those who were at Gastofs for NHL draft weekend, remember the girl I talked to for 20 minutes or so that wanted to know if I'm a real farm boy? Yep, ran into her. She left on their party bus (bachelorette party) and proceeded to text me all night.
