You didn't mix it with cheap vodka did you? That'll give you worse effects than jittery, believe me I know.
Worse? If I recall correctly, I've only mixed cheap vodka and mountain dew once, and it resulted in waking up next to a cute brunette. :p

Morning. at work and only have one client on the docket today so far. pretty slow day overall. we're all in the break room talking about how the phone needs to ring.

Also i'm rather amused that the Nashville thread has gotten so much play right after I dragged it back up.

Unfortunately my experience resulted in waking up too hung-over to go snorkling with 5 cute girls in Florida.:(:o

I was balancing my checkbook online this morning. I spent nearly $175.00 this weekend downloading songs from iTunes. Reason 10,521 why I dislike going to the inlaws. :)

Beautiful day here in 320 land.

FWIW Little g will be getting a visit from the tooth fairy tomorrow!

I have only had vodka once maybe twice. Bloody Mary. Not sure if that is a good or bad thing..........

With inflation is it up to about $5 per tooth nowadays?

I asked little g what the tooth fairy should bring him. His response, "kids chap stick, a tooth brush and a trampoline."

A toothfairy sized one?

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 137: Counting the long summer days

And what are the little g's gonna get?

I hope, for his sake, the tooth fairy doesn't wear a S&SS!
I didn't need that mental image right now.......

Still about another half hour til my client shows up, already moved my lunch up just in case somebody else calls, but I'm not really holding my breath about it. Bored to tears here........

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 137: Counting the long summer days

Hey kids. Back to work today. The traveling and jet lag hit me like a brick wall late yesterday afternoon. Bad headache, couldn't keep my eyes open. Took a two hour nap, woke up, had a bowl of cereal for dinner, went back to bed at 8pm. I feel better now. I didn't want to take off any more time so I made it into the office. Late, but I'm here. Trying to sort out all the stuff that happened while I was away. Thankfully, not that much.

Doing my best Ralph this afternoon. At the oral surgeon for a wisdom tooth extraction consultation. Go figure, they don't recognize my insurance, so I'll throw it on plastic and then put the claim in. Hopefully I'll get a date for end sept/early oct to go see what this laughing gas stuff is all about (never been in surgery)

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 137: Counting the long summer days

Speaking of blowing large amounts of money, in two weeks I get to fly home and be in my sister's wedding. I estimate it's costing me an entire paycheck to do so, not to mention almost all of my remaining annual leave.

Normal people get to go on vacation to Florida or Hawaii or Vegas or to a state park or to somewhere else fun and exciting. I get to go to Saginaw.

But you have an awesome pinball machine to come home to! :p;)

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 137: Counting the long summer days

I am contemplating taking all of next week off of work. I have 8.5 days left to take off this year, 3 will be used for deer hunting. I'm afraid that if I don't use them now I will be too busy later in the year and they'll go to waste.
