Good morning Lodge. Been up since 3am. Flying to San Diego today for our family vacation. Had a 6am flight to Chicago, then a 8:45 flight to San Diego. Got to Logan at 4am, did curbside check in for our luggage. Got to the gate, got breakfast. We were chatting about our seat assignments for the second leg of our flight and my mom was bummed because she couldn't get an aisle seat for her bad knee. I said "let's go up to the desk now to see if there is anything available." Thank God I did as we found out the Chicago-San Diego leg was cancelled. It was cancelled about 20 minutes after they checked in our bags and they had rebooked us on an 8:30 pm flight. American was able to get all 7 of us on a non stop JetBlue flight. Thank God we went up to the desk or we would have spent, like, 13 hours at O'Hare. Not sure if they got our bags off the Chicago flight. Not going to worry about that now.

'Morning, Kids. Feeling better after today's bad Gu reaction. Still pretty sore, but that's to be expected after running 14 miles.

I am surprised that you never have. The only ones that I have ever attended are these, and only when they are in DC.

Too much stuff going on with Lil. When he is older I amagine I will have to do that along with a lot of other stuff that is on hold.

morning all, at work covering a sunday shift. Not really sure why as there's only one appointment on the schedule for me at the moment, and it could be slid over to somebody else if I had really felt like rolling back over to sleep some more this morning. either way, I'm here hanging out in the bullpen, and thinking the couch here is looking pretty tempting to crash on for a bit.

High molar ammonia. Trust me, from experience, that after the burning subsides your sinuses will be clear for a week.

It was Dancing Girl's wedding for the GPL crew, and what a wedding. Good times, good times.

Lots of funny quips, but there's one that really stood out:

mel: Yeah, it was that movie where the Asian chick shot ping pong balls out of....well, you know.
bbdl: That is something that I really need to believe in; to believe that all Asian girls can do that.
MNS: Well, let's ask mookie! He'd know!
