Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 137: Counting the long summer days

Need... food... anyone spare some back bacon?
There's always bacon cooking at my house!

Evening, Lodge. Baking a summer fruit tart tonight. Raspberries, blueberries, and cherries in a tart shell, dotted with butter and sugar.

And does anyone want cookies? I baked a lot of them and need to move them...

Grrrrr.... Thought today was going to be good, then I had to go blow a tire on the way to work today. Luckily I was planning on going in early and we did have a meeting to be at first, so I had plenty of extra time to get there. Just irks me that pretty much going to have to spend all of my paycheck on getting some new tires and getting a front end realigned.

Good morning Lodge! Sitting here in the airport here in Duluth. Flying to Chicago to watch the Portland Timbers and hang out with friends.

I don't know what any of you are talking about. ;)

I didn't die last night.

Bit the neat hat is in tough shape. Not much I could do when it was a torrential downpour when I left the bar. Hat got soaked, and I'm hoping I can get it shaped right again.

Saw Harry Potter at the matinee at 1:35 today. Not so crowded. We tried to get tickets last night and all reasonable times were sold out at nearby theaters. Jr is happy now.
