Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 137: Counting the long summer days

Morning Lodge.

I think I might see a part of the problem here... ;) Sure you watch what you eat, we all look at that food as it goes in and then as it stays on our bellies and ***es. When I was young I could NOT gain weight when I tried. I hit about 26 and boom - belly.

I knew someone would pick up on that.:) I did not over eat yesterday and while I am not dieting, I am trying to make better choices, like water over soda, more salad and portion control and cutting way down on bread. I got home last night and made fish with brown rice. A small piece of BBQ chicken and a small dish of ice cream shouldn't affect me that much, should it? I don't do that on a daily basis.

So Scarlet, do you want me to prowl DT MSP looking for members of BSBoys and NKOTB? I'm sure they're in one of about four hotels in town.

ZOMG - yes!!!If I knew they were there I would have sent you one of my pics to get autographed. :)

Oh no, don't say 26. :( I'm hitting that particular age soon.

It sounds like you're on the right track. Focus more on how you feel and not on things like the scale.

Hello, kids. I'm back in Duluth and back to reality today after one fun and incredibly productive week back in TC. Monday was a particular highlight as I got both a wedding dress and a tattoo. :)

Given your level of exercise and fitness, I really wouldn't worry about it. At most, you might have to tweak your diet a little bit - you wouldn't be likely to need any sort of wholesale change in your lifestyle or diet to compensate for a metabolism slowdown.

Wow, the drive to work from Eagan during rush hour wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be...good morning Lodge

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 137: Counting the long summer days

1) Anybody in the Twin Cities up for doing anything this weekend? I should probably take it easy Saturday night, I have a 7:30 flight Sunday morning.

2) 'diva, any news on if you still want to go to the concert on July 29th?

What is the status of the ZBB tickets? Lisa and I are interested. As for this weekend, I'd be up for something but not sure.

bb, the Wild prospects are having a free scrimmage both Sat and Sun at 11 AM at the X. I may take jr and a buddy tomorrow.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 137: Counting the long summer days

Flashy gave me a link to some pretty straightforward instructions, including links to the blank clips. However, it's on my home computer.

Took me about two hours, all said and done. Syncing up the caption start/end times with the voices was the time-consuming part. Picking a font and color that were visible all the time was tricky too. You think you have a good one, then the scene cuts to the white map and renders it invisible.

And don't use WMM, I finished and went to view in fullscreen and it accidentally the whole movie. Use Sony Vegas or FinalCut or something.

(Speaking of which, I still have the script/storyboard from my attempt at making one if someone who has video editing software that doesn't suck wants to make it *puppy eyes*)
Thanks!

Good morning, Lodge!

MNS and I are definitely going. I haven't found anyone else for the other 2. If you want to go, let me know. I have made the offer of, if anyone wants to DD, they can have the ticket for free. :p

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 137: Counting the long summer days

It's probably going to be a week-of decision. If you find someone in the meantime that can definitely take them, go for it, I understand.
Ok, no problem. I just thought I'd ask now that you're back to the daily grind and not in cherry infested la-la land buying dresses and getting inked up. ;)

I'll hold on to a ticket for you until you know what your plans are, I will be able to find someone on short notice.

edit: goldy, I forgot about that, maybe I'll go for a bit on Saturday. I've got a hankerin for hockey.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 137: Counting the long summer days

I frigging swear... I work longer and on more when I stay home and log in than if I drive into the office.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 137: Counting the long summer days

I'm not doing anything this weekend. That's not a statement implying that I am up for doing something this weekend. That's my plan. :p
