Yeah, it was a pretty good weekend. Would have been significantly less good if I wouldn't have found my truck yesterday, but it was right where the girl said she parked it. TK's again doesn't disappoint.

Good night last night. Hung out at Toby Keith's, ran into a couple friends we knew from the GPL tailgate (Dancing Girl, for the locals/Techies, and her friends). Her fiance ended up crashing at Chez Rube with the rest of us. He was unfamiliar with "Sh*Shows." He's still sleeping.

Beautiful day out in cake-eater land, too.

Sometimes, I truly believe that you all are the living, breathing, real-life version of The Hangover.

I have been awake. Since 5. 45.

Just made applesauce strudel cheater (Bisquick) cake.

I am sure RFALph said good morning to us in his head as he biked past Starbucks.

GOOD MORNING EVERYONE!! sunday, day of rest.

Correct. :)

We actually went and saw "Hangover 2" last night after dinner/before TK's. :D

And we discussed that possibility.

I don't even know the temp outside. However, my homework, all of it, is done. Time to break out my new candy thermometer and make something delicious...

The boys won their tournament. Played in the final against a team from the host organization (Minnetonka) and I think we kind-of had to battle a couple extra folks out on the field - the guys in the yellow striped jerseys. We had beaten this team 3-0 in league play, but they had some guest players who improved them a lot (along with ref help). Game went to shoot-out then sudden death shoot-out before our kids won. Had a real good, close game this AM too that they won 2-0 against Mankato - "Kato was a whole lot classier than 'Tonka.

Had a couple kids tip over from heat exhaustion after the game too. Got a little warmish out on the fields, although it was only about 82 with not much humidity. Just a long day in the sun.

Mankato folk are good people.;)

I can't stop procrastinating my homework. It's absolutely pointless, and really doesn't affect my grads or anything, as I'm already into college, etc.

Can't fake that level of animosity, takes years to develop. My memory is that it seemed that Edina had the refs in their back pockets when we played them, so no sympathy from me.

As expected of a stinkin' BADger, your memory is seriously flawed. Edina team consistently face the "Edina tax" in all games. Our kids take extra penalties that are not called on the opponents. Most of these youth refs grew up getting throttled by Edina and are now taking out their adolescent frustrations on our kids. We understand here in Edina, not everyone can manage to live in Edina and all that bitter envy just eats away at you folks.:p

Are we no longer able to see our "reputatoins received"? I mean, thats how we all came together isn't it?

There is a small spot between "my profile" and "log out" where the link is. It's hidden. Move the mouse around until you find it. It's kind of like the G-spot: it exists, but you have to be good to know where it is.

So it's not like the C.L.I.T.?

Hell, I still think the upcoming wedding in the UP is going to be the basis for the third movie.

No, the C.L.I.T. is real. its the Female orgasm, thats the real myth. ;)

Took mom out to meet the GF. It went well enough. Now just working on introducing her to the rest of my crazy family. Not so sure Dad will handle it well.
