Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 135: Rain, rain go away

The worst of it went far south. There's still a wall of rain headed our way. It's nearing Bronson/Coldwater now. I figure we've got about 90 minutes before we get wet.

Looks like we'll miss it entirely here in the northern burbs.

So, a cool streak for Houston. Good thing you haven't hit the hot stuff yet.

Our supplers fields are all north of Manchester, so as long as they stay dry, I'm good.

You're probably going to be fine. Adrian's at the far north end of things, and it might miss us, too.

That storm dove south in a hurry. It's 30 miles south of Adrian now.

The point isn't to teach you new stuff, it's for them to be 100% sure that you know the stuff you are supposed to.

Think I will head down to Caribou for a coffee cooler and a danish.

'Morning, Lodge!
I channeled my inner Ralph this morning and went for a bike ride. :) It's a beautiful day in Duluth!

I'd say good morning, but it's after noon, so...Good Afternoon Lodge! Had a great time at the NKOTBSB concert last night. Laugh and make disparaging comments all you want. I could give a rat's ***. It was a blast and a great show. I may have to go scalp a ticket for their Fenway Park show next week. I took a million pictures because I was right. Up. Front. Ha! Worth every penny of the obscene amount of money I spent on the tickets. Took video on the iPhone of one of the songs. That's a pretty decent video camera.

I got up this morning and went for a walk - it's beautiful out today. I thought it was supposed to be crappy. Off to go shopping and then to Walgreens to print out some of the pictures from the show for my friends that were there.

I would disparage, but when I was younger I had to chaperone for NKOTB concerts 3 times! :(

Of course back then, good tickets were like $30. ;)

Good night last night. Hung out at Toby Keith's, ran into a couple friends we knew from the GPL tailgate (Dancing Girl, for the locals/Techies, and her friends). Her fiance ended up crashing at Chez Rube with the rest of us. He was unfamiliar with "Sh*Shows." He's still sleeping.

Beautiful day out in cake-eater land, too.
