Good Morning Lodge. Supposed to turn hot and humid today.

We finally got our garden in yesterday - all but the herbs. Les, sorry I couldn't take any of your tomato plants off your hands, but the drive for pick-up was a little long....

If it clears out later we'll try our first family bike ride of the season today.

Looks like I get one decent day this weekend. For the first time in 8 days I feel halfway decent. I've got a little sniffle, but that's about it.

Took the kid up to Cabela's in Rogers (30 mi. north) sky started clearing as we left for home, thermometer in car read 69 when we started and 75 when we got home. Going to be stinky hot and humid today - great day for a bike ride.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 135: Rain, rain go away

Just a bit warm today. :) Last fall the city cut trees down that provided a lot of shade around the house. Today's going to be a good test to see just how bad the house is going to bake this summer.

Pull the building's fire alarm. I hear that's a great way to wake people up. :p
Junior year of high school, I fell asleep in Pre-Calc, and they put a note on the board for the next class to leave me sleeping. Couple minutes into the next class, the fire alarm went off. A couple minutes into that, I finally woke up. Imagine my confusion...

Oh, and there was a huge thunder boom and lightning strike, and my cable is out.

Also, my parents are moving out of my childhood home, and moving 3 hours away... :(

And, as usual, I hate men.
