Coming home last night it was an effort to keep my car going straight down the road, and it wasn't because of the beer. Add to that, I drive a 2000 Nissan Altima, not exactly a big wind sail on wheels like your Jeep.

Clicking around I see Memphis is playing at Oklahoma City in the NBA playoffs. Proud to say I forgot Memphis had an NBA team and didn't realize Seattle had moved to OK City until I Googled it.

nice day out. no clouds at all. chilly to start the golf at 830a (51), but shorts were the correct call.

Been rather domestic today. Done some sweeping and i've steamed mopped a few floors here. Just waiting for the floor in the mud room to dry out so I can swap out out the steamer mop pads.

Still dreary as all hell. The sun was out for a couple hours yesterday and Fri, but overall, it's Seattle-like here.

So, movie day. Just finished "The Insider," and about to start "The Blind Side."

It's pretty nice over here. I still can't mow the back yard due to standing water.

I finally fell asleep shortly after 5:30 this morning. I have no idea why I was up so late.

Sunshine and temps in the mid-60s here. Homework is done, so I've just got the Wings game on and I'll be making more candy a bit later.

I'm debating on whether I want to make a tomato sauce tonight. It's probably going to take about 5 hours in the crock pot, so if I don't have much time to decide.

And as for The Blind Side, of course it was Disneyfied, but still a good story. Sidenote, unrelated: why the * would one cheat on Sandra Bullock? It makes no sense.

Great to hear about lil g! Best wishes to him for his upcoming surgery!

Evening, Lodge. Fish was great. Just finished making peanut butter with honey and sponge toffee. Now I'm out of peanuts...
