Greetings from the Air Canada terminal at Logan. My flight to Toronto isn't for another hour, so here I sit, with free WiFi, watching the footage of the royal wedding. I loved her gown! So, last Sunday my dad gave me all this Canadian change that he'd been gathering. It's about $8 worth of quarters, etc. and was in a baggie. I put it in my carry on and when my bag went through Xray, they had to run it through three times before they asked. Ooops. The said i should have taken it out and put it one of those little trays. Well, now I know. hopefully it will all be gone after the trip.

The British bar downtown here was open early this morning to show the Royal Wedding. I choose to sleep till 5 am instead.

Morning Lodge. I was up a little before four, but only because a headache woke me up. Got up at 4:30 to get on the treadmill and was ******ed that every channel had the silly wedding on instead of real news. Watched sportscenter from the treadmill instead.

Say les, the church you asked about (Central Lutheran) is being re-roofed right now (has been going for a while, but I forgot to mention it). Not the main roof as that was done a couple years ago, but the lower, ancillary spaces with flat roofs.

Going to lunch today with my cousin's kid who is in town playing in Jersey Boys. Mrs. is pulling Jr. out of school for a long lunch so he can go (he'll miss band).

Agreed. She was stunning.
I wasn't all into it, but I did want to see what she was wearing. It was a nice distraction this morning. :)

Last night I attended a "premier night" for a new restaurant that will be opening on Monday. I ordered a filet mignon wrapped in bacon. :)

Last night in the middle of the night I awoke to the sound of thunder and I swore that the house was vibrating. (And it was very very subtle). I got up and looked outside expecting to see some lightning and a possible thunderstorm.

Chickens forgot Bacon Vodka, although I guess liquid bacon covers that... kinda.

So, I've found myself in a bit of a dilemma with whether I should start a "serious" relationship with a girl I recently started being with, or if it is just going to be an "end of college life" thing. Hmmmmm. Given the fact I'm moving to Texa$ in a month or so, and she's starting a job elsewhere (NOAA ship)... I think it isn't gonna work out, but that's alright.

There is nothing like talking to a vendor and them telling you that the only good thing about St. Cloud is their hockey team and that is ok at best. :o

A. I do not live in Bemidji.

B. "Look... me and the McDonald's people got this little misunderstanding. See, they're McDonald's... I'm McDowell's. They got the Golden Arches, mine is the Golden Arcs. They got the Big Mac, I got the Big Mick. We both got two all-beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles and onions, but their buns have sesame seeds. My buns have no seeds."

A sun-splashed morning here in Denver with temps heading for the high sixties in advance of tomorrow's forecast of a rain/snow mixture.
