Weird.

Ok, I did some quick looking into it. It's relatively new and there doesn't seem to be a fix for it. There isn't even a definitive answer of whether this is an actual virus or malware. It might just be an ad banner that is able to redirect your browser. No one seems to know.

Look in your add/remove programs list to see if you have a "My Web Search" program or toolbar installed. Let me know if you do.

Firefox + NoScript + AdBlock + Avast + updated Hosts file = safe browsing.

I fell hook line and sinker for a fake Flash update a while ago and it was unable to do any damage thanks to that combo.

In November I had something hit my computer at the office. MWB caught the initial virus, but the ****ed thing re-generated. Eventually I came here and in the middle of reading a thread, the computer blue-screened on me. The only way we got rid of it (I think) was through Kaspersky.

I am OFF the * hockey bar and enjoying some noodles at the tie/bye sushi bar as Tech ties Bemidji 2-2, scoring its first WCHA point since October!

Bellying up to the bar after watching a loss with 13 seconds left in OT. :mad: They reeled me in this time.

Took 2 hrs to get from Roxbury to Lowell. This usually takes maybe 1:15 on a bad day. missed the whole first period. lil is in a bad mood because he didn't break 11 minutes (Ran 11:04) the second fastest he has ever run). mr is in a bad mood because they lost. Happy les house tonight. :(

Calling in my order for the happy hockey table. A win over Hunstville for the alma mater, and according to the PBP girl, my other team is ahead by 4 points (:rolleyes:) after 2 periods.

I deadlifted 300 pounds... I bought a pizza in its honor... things are alright seeing as I have 90 days to complete my big project... going to be a tense few months but if I succeed I will be extremely happy.
