Rainy and grey here today.

My manager told my team last night that we are approved for OT for the rest of the calendar year. That's good and bad. Good because, well, like always, we need the money. Bad because I can't just work my 40 and be done with work for the week. The other good/bad news was that some things are going to start to change in our processing department, but it's going to take a while and may get worse before it gets better.

Windy today, but not too cold (yet). Thursday might be the worst day of the week, simply because they are the day before Friday.

Legal- OT seems to have diminishing returns the more hours of it you work per pay period, because of the high tax rate you seem to pay on it.

Nah, stick with the smokin' hot chick story and leave out the boyfriend part. SO unbelievable that it might just work.

Just as unbeliveable as saying he had a pipe laying job out east?

I should have came over then. Dad spilled something in a closet, and when I came into the house afterworks, it smelled like somebody jammed two big perminate markers up my nose. Was giving me a headache. aired out the house some and then went and hid down in the basement as it didn't smell down there any.

Happy les this evening. XC sr nite. Lil wanted me to go. Turns out the team got me a thank you card and a gift cert to the local plant place for taking pictures during the season. I was very surprised and touched.

Pretty sure I got atleast an 88 on my first qualifier that will allow me to take my USCG license exams in January. For this section (there are 7), we need to take 5 qualifiers, average a 90, and get above a 90 on the 5th test. Thus, I am a happy kid tonight. Oh, and I'm done for the week!

I need a new cell phone, mine is beat. I hate buying a new one though as it means a new contract and my present contract is cheap. Like to have a smart phone but don't want to pay the monthly fee for it. After playing with a ITouch, I can see why folks like IPhones.

oh man... I may have found the primary candidate for the future Casa de dxmnkd316. The place has a $60k kitchen and it's awesome all around. They really, really half-assed the paintjob and probably ruined all of the wood trim downstairs and outside the bedrooms upstairs. I mean, they seriously did not tape a single piece of trim. There's a lot of "finishing touches" that need to be put on the house but ****. When you're trying to sell a house, don't do a sh*t job with painting, especially this bad...

Oh, and Sloe Gin, fly any A380s recently?

I loved physics in HS. Took the college version and ended up getting a scholarship out of it.
