For my birthday? That's so sweet of you. :)

Good morning Lodge.

BSU lost and UND is obviously a pretty solid team.

New arena is a nice upgrade from what BSU had before. However, I am bummed. The concourse around the rink is narrow and little g is going to have blg time issues navigating within the crowd not to mention navigating to his seats. :(
:( Time to make friends with the ushers. When Lil was lil we got to know everyone. They were great at stopping folks so we could get by etc.

That is disappointing that they still are designing buildings without consideration for the people who have to actually use the building. I'm sure that little g isn't the only person who is going to have difficulties with navigating the concourse or with seat access.

No, for mine, silly, though it's not till Friday, so you can take this batch and I'll just wait till later in the week. :)

Agreed with Ralph. It's very windy, dare I say....wicked windy. I am not happy with my hair cut. Kinda bummed about that. I hope it grows out OK. Off to get ready for the game tonight.

stupid question... but not thread worthy... anybody know how belts are sized up? Am working buying parts for a costume... does anybody know or have a link to how belts are constructed with respect to its size, the amount of extra slack it tends to give, etc.

I recently bought a dress belt, and it was marked in relation to waist size. For example, mine was 30"-32" range, and I'm on the second to last (tightest) notch.

My mom is on a girls' vacation this week with her friends, so I went over to watch Gran Torino with my pops, since I thought he would like the movie. He did. He was in hysterics at all the terms that Eastwood used yet still came across as lovable in a weird way.

ETA: First hockey practice of the season this morning at 10. Looks like it'll be a fun season. Coach seems great - good reports from parents of his previous teams. Kids like him. Worked them hard but they had fun. Only small bummer - got our tourney schedule, travel tourney will be to the same place we've gone to 2 of previous 3 years, will now be 3 of 4. It's Breezy Point again for the Minneesoootans here.

Just get into the house in time to see Michigan lose, yay!

Didn't get much done today working for my dad. Everything was going well until about 1:00 when we blew out a hydraulic hose on the header. Got it fixed just before the dealer closed, replaced it, and made one round and then noticed that another hydraulic hose started leaking, by that time the dealer was closed until Monday. Oh well, I guess we get to watch football the rest of the weekend.
why the *k would you draft Kangas? Are you a *king homo?
I focused on skaters for this years draft and waited until later rounds to take goalies, ended up with Kangas, Nagle, Millan, and Brittain. But my skaters kick ***.

Breezy? We have a cabin in Breezy, on Little Pelican.

True. I have also found that belts tend to run a little long as well. I wear a 36" waist, and a 36-38" belt is too long, while a 34-36" will be a bit short. Go figure.
