Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 114: Who gives a...

I just accidentally found out my Father's Day gift, alighting upon our online bank account (damm this internet banking!): a box of twenty Sancho Panza double maduro cigars (6.5" x 48 ring).

Best wife ever.

Best kids ever:D

those exist???

One more day in Denver; red-eye tonight to either Atlanta or Philly. Can't decide yet...I guess I'll let the flight loads dictate where I end up.

also, anyone know if Charlotte airport has free wi-fi?

Hi Lodge.

Went to Shakespeare in the Arb last night. They performed "A Midsummer Night's Dream". It was excellent. Watch a scene, get up walk through the Arb to the next location, watch a scene. Very cool setting, and a good performance. I may have to start going every year.

Wow - that's really nice!

My kids all asked me what I want for Fathers Day. I said I wanted their 20-something year old backs to help me put in a horseshoe pit in the backyard. They thought that was awesome and will be over Sunday AM to work on it. :)

Well, when I see five weirdos, dressed in togas, stabbing a man in the middle of the park in full view of a hundred people, I shoot the bassterds, that's my policy!

Very nice. I can't even get my six-year-old to clean her room. So, you're saying they eventually work harder?

We just finished our landscaping (new house), and tonight we're going to enjoy the back patio and firepit. Too bad those cigars haven't arrived yet!

So, overall, my trip's been interesting.
I love Marquette food.
My coworkers are more immature than my 4 and 9 year old brothers.
I hate guys, but that's slightly unrelated?
I like Target and Vango's a little too much.
I dislike walking around Presque Isle with ******y coworkers.

*sigh*

I'll just be glad to be back in Houghton, which is slightly weird. Maybe because it's my first Bridgefest where I get to do whateverrrr I want.

"There are 2 things to do in Marquette--eat and jump off siht." --my high school best friend after she and her family moved up here.

Hello, Lodge. It seems ctf and I traded locations for a few days, as I just got back from Houghton. Yesterday, FM and I went up to Copper Harbor to go up Brockway Mountain and wander around the town. Man I love that place. Then, we went to the DT last night. Good times. :)

Tonight's adventure--my old roommate's "night on the town" bachelorette party. This is going to be great! :)

When I put that word in my sig I had no idea we'd get this much mileage out of it. :D

It is a medium. I was able to (barely) get it on over my t-shirt, so I think it should be fine. Craigslist to the rescue!
Yeah that should fit.

Good morning. Even though I had to do a few things for work on my day off there is something more fun about doing it at home. :)

Goodfella's is awesome. See this kid, never deliver mail to his house again! :D I should read Wiseguy, sounds good.

CC to Scarlet: Mission accomplished!! Stunned silence  followed by intense smiling :) :) with lots of "wows" & "cools"  sprinkled in for fun! Thank you!!
The book is pretty good and a quick read.

Yes. :) (at least last I knew it did.)

Good Evening, Lodge! Happy Friday!

So my brilliance at work today... my foot fell asleep and I got up to do something and I managed to trip over my foot and mess it up. It hurts like hell. I am unsure if it is a bruise, or something worse. I don't have the money to go to the doctor. I am able to walk, but with a limp. Alcohol should be a temporary pain reliever.

Apparently everyone else in Wisconsin tripped over themselves too? ;)

Evening, Lodge. Slow day at work, but an easy one - I wish I wasn't working tomorrow morning though, so I could enjoy the excellent evening with a beer or ten.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 114: Who gives a...

2 more hours until my weekend starts. Of course, I only get a one day weekend as I am on call on Sunday. Boo! (though if I do have to do any work, I will get OT. :) )

The sad part is that I was blind stinkin' sober when I pulled that brilliant stunt off. :o
