Evening, Lodge. Drinking coffee at 8 PM was a bad idea. Also, got a message from the friend I was supposed to go to Vegas with. Tells me he's having hip surgery in late-August, and had to cancel our trip. While I am disappointed, I understand, and wish him the speediest recovery ever.

My husband had to text me and wake me up. Sad part is that the wedding he is supposed to be in today is cancelled because the bride is in the hospital. :( I hope she gets better soon.

'Morning, Lodge. Trying to convince myself to go out on a bike ride today. So far it's not working.

Happy birthday to MNS and BPH! Hope you both have a great day!!

A little more packing today, then the fun of stripping the wall paper border in the living room begins. At this point I would probably paint around it, but the cats were bored this winter and started the stripping process. Unfortunately, being cats they didn't finish the work, just made it so I HAVE to do something about it. :rolleyes:

Right now the three of them are all clustered around me on my desk. I am starting to feel like they are stalking me.

I've had mornings like that. But at least I have an excuse. :p

Seriously, I've had mornings after working at the pizzeria where I have felt totally hungover, without drinking any alcohol. The pizza ovens leach all the moisture out of the air.

I'm just exhausted from the gym this week... nothing is particular sore... my lower body is just drained.

They have their breakfast, it's in their bowl.

They just like hanging out near me. I think it has something to do with the baby. Unless I close the door to my office, there is always at least one of them within three feet of me. The funniest is Mommy cat, she won't sit in my lap, but she'll sit on the desk right in front of me, lean on my chest and purr like crazy.
