I hit it well off the tee most of the day, but threw away to many approach shots. My short game was poor, but I putted decently. Shot an 86 which is about four to eight shots over where I usually am [the 78-82 range]. Had I hit four or five more respectable approach shots I could have been in that range. In short, for my second round of the season it was respecatable, but left room for several areas of improvement. I hope to hit the driving range a time or two this week and be back on the first tee somewhere next Monday. :)

Oh, I found my shoes. I had already packed them in my work bag. D'uh. I did that Friday (the bag I had with me was not my normal work bag) after I got home, then totally forgot I was more organized than I thought. If that makes sense. :o

Watching the Bruins now. 24 is on in 20 minutes. What to do??

You should be fine. It's not like you drank a gallon of the water. If you end up with a rumbly stomach, diarrhea, or any other gastrointestinal issues in 5-7 days, go see a doc.

24 is on Season Pass on the TiVo, but I usually watch it live.

I still have some shows I recorded last week that I still need to watch.

Pretty much. I lived there for a few weeks, so I'm not too phased about the whole thing. The hysteria is quite annoying, actually.

Ever watch the Mythbusters episode where they test to find out how much bacteria is on a toothbrush left out in an average bathroom?

I'm guessing you'll be ok. :)

I'm also trying to figure out why people are panicking. Yeah, I'd rather have bottled water than boil water constantly, but people are acting like someone dumped raw sewage (or fear toxin!) into the drinking supply.

I got dragged kicking and screaming away from Alaska to St. Louis for a conference. Anything worthwhile in the area? (I'm staying at the Hilton across from Busch Stadium, and the Cards are out of town this week.)

There's a Hooters just north of you (I stayed at that hotel for the frozen four in '07).

Are you able to stop time or something? With all the TV shows you TiVo I think you'd need about a 40-hour day.

Just got off the ship and done working. 16 hours. Back to it by 0700 tomorrow.

Couldn't go to the Yankees game either, because some stuff got pushed back that I had to be in attendance for. Not happy.
