I'm the same way about speed, I try to keep it about 5-10 miles over the posted limit.

Yup. After a very nasty $400+ ticket in the Live Free or Die state, I keep it around those levels.

So I'm feeling a bit vexed about the school situation, so I made the dough for bread (rising in the laundry room while I do laundry - steam helps ), homemade granola, and am making chicken stuffed with herbed ricotta, roasted peppers, onion, and spinach over polenta. Also did all the leftover dishes, got laundry in the washer and dryer, and might get around to deboning the chicken from yesterday for stock.

well, truth be told it's a honda pilot.... but it's big and i call it a truck (that seats us and the four kids and luggage and has a dvd player ).

I was on the highway, there was no one around, I hadn't seen a car in about 15 minutes, so I really floored it (I had rented a Zipcar and they upgraded me to a Volvo S60 Turbo). Cop was waiting at the bottom of the hill and around the corner. He was nice enough not to write it high enough that I would lose my license.
