I thought it was Nov 18 (or whatever that weekend was, give a day or two). Yeah, lemme know, since I already asked for those days off. :o

That would be Nov. 19th and 20th then. This is the weekend after the away Duluth series for Tech. Should be a busy time. Tech will probably be lacking in student attendance because we have a week off for T-day Break which starts that weekend.

GOOD MORNING EVERYONE!! moanin' monday is here.

My week is crazy. My weekend was busy. Not sure anyone did laundry to have undies by midweek because I played hookey and went out to lunch with some folks from my H.S. days:eek:
Sigh.

I have never understood that. Three seconds does nothing to them, especially if you put two of them in the microwave together.

I didn't think you ate Pop Tarts, Ralph....being an adult and all.

And the bad luck continues. The mirror on the door in the bathroom fell last night and shattered onto the floor. Checked the weather for today...more rain. :(

*sigh* off to school.

I shouldn't, but they are in the candy machine at work. I bought them a few times and then realized that they were a lot cheaper in the supermarket.

Aren't you officially an adult also? I'm approaching my second childhood. :D

Can't remember the last pop tart I had.

Weather is going downhill, 60s on Saturday to a high of 30 on Friday. The high of 30 is normal though so...

They told me to eat poptarts when I was pregnant with lil because they were something that would stay down. THey did but I wished they didn't!

'Morning, Lodge. I played the "f* this, I'm too tired to drive" card last night when we got to Houghton, and came back this morning (leaving there around 5am). I'm actually doing OK, but the idea of 7 hours of teenagers is not the most appealing right now.

grumblegroangrumblegrumble.

Had to be up at 0530 to go check out our lovely ship. Class/work 12-6, then checking on the ship again, 3 hours of 360, check on the ship, sleep. Gonna be a long day.

Not a great hockey weekend, but the seniors had one hell of a career here. Mike McKenzie is slated to join Albany midweek likely to get an ATO, although they have a surplus of forwards, so he's been told nothing is guaranteed. I didn't hear where Edina native Travis Vermeulen is headed, but I have to think he'll get a look after his stellar senior season. Not sure if I'll head up to Albany at all next weekend for some regional action, although it would be nice to see DU/RIT and Cornell/UNH.

This woman at work said something similar to me once, "You're eating Pop tarts? I didn't think adults ate Pop Tarts." To which I replied, "Oh yeah, we're allowed to eat pretty much anything we want now." Then a guy walks into the break room, this is the sort of gay guy who looks just all sorts of fit and fab-U-LOUS!!!!! (really belt out the last part, you'll have fun) and exclaims, "Oh, I LOVE the cinnamon and brown sugar ones." I just smirked.

Morning lodge


A guy I used to work with dropped a pop tart he'd just taken out of the toaster. In a reflex move, he held his hand out to catch it. It landed on his hand frosting down and he had 3rd degree burns on his palm :eek:

Good morning Lodge.

It has been years since I have had a pop tart.

Home today with little g and we will be visting the Dr. ASAP. Last week both boys had colds. Yesterday little g developed a nasty deep cough and he is very congested. Due to his CP (he has very low muscle tone) even the common cold can turn into something nasty. :(
