Today in class, my professor had a long, rambling story about how some people from Chicago say "beer" the same way they say "bear", "bare", and "Baire". It reminded me why I skip that class so often.

I'm single too, and I honestly don't care either way about the holiday. I plan on spending Sunday watching Daytona, the Olympics, and enjoying a sandwich or two.

Morning, Lodge. Made oatmeal for breakfast this morning, already got a load of dishes done, and I finally got word from Crossmark that I passed my drug screen and background check and can start training for my new job.

Probably about all I'm doing this weekend myself, other than probably taking in an Adrian game tomorr.... errr... today I guess. Been just busy whenever they've had a home game, and well, it doesn't get much better for me in the future. I'm pretty much going to be be living at AAIMT for the next two weeks.

Not a fan of Bryan Adams?

I think its Gretzky, no doubt. But it should be Don Cherry.

Thats who I was pulling for, Grapes, or maybe even Gordie Howe perhaps. I really was half expecting one of them to be at the Outdoor Cauldron there to light that one up.
