Goldy, Both games are being televised by FoxSports Rocky Mountain. Maybe you can tune into that network or perhaps there's a network carrying the games in your neck of the woods. Good luck to your son and his team.

Pretty sure Frank and Doug will be there for FSN North as well. Probably the same video feed. Unfortunately I'm sure you'll be pleased with the game outcomes.
Thanks, the boys are on a roll. Won their last tournament and 4 straight district games. Playoff drive going on.

Goldy, I'm expecting a hard-fought, competitive series regardless of the outcome. Yes, I'm well aware that Marc Cheverie led the Pioneers to back-to-back shutout wins up there earlier this season. "Chevy" has shown that his play in that series was no fluke as he's played quite well all season. Denver is 4-0 versus NoDak this year and currently 2-0 versus your team. Needless to say, not many teams ever are in the position of potentially compiling an 8-0 regular season record against Minnesota and North Dakota. Neither the Sioux nor Gophers have vintage teams this season, but for any WCHA team to have a chance to sweep regular season series from those schools is impressive in my book.
I wish Denver had more players contributing to the goal scoring [Rakhshani, Ruegsegger and Colborne are leading the way]. It seems that every program loses players to the lure of professional hockey before their college eligibility expires. Minnesota and Denver are no exception to that situation. From a Denver fan's standpoint, every now and then I wonder how this year's Pioneers' squad might do if Tyler Bozak were playing his junior year for DU in 2009-2010. However, he's currently playing pretty well on the Toronto Maple Leafs' top line. [If you want to send a shiver down your spine have a look at a past boxscore or two to see how Bozak fared against the Gophers. He mistreated the Gophers the way CC's Chad Rau blasted the Pioneers!].
Bozak is now playing with a kid named Phil Kessel. Looks like some overpaid, no-talent hack to me.
Again, good luck to your son and his team this weekend and throughout the remiander of the season.

Today started out great. Slept thru my alarm this morning and by the time I woke up, I wouldn't have made it to class on time even if the roads were clear here. The kicker of today is that it was suppost to be a test today. I took the dog outside to go potty, and then called up, going to go to the evening class tonight. just not liking the idea of going out in the snow right now.
Indiana is one of the more boring drives there are, especally if you go north to south on it. Once you hit the Indiana line, its Corn, Indiana Toll Road, Corn, Soybean, More corn, Fort Wayne, soybeans, wheat, cows, oats, beans, corn, Indianapolis, wheat, pigs, corn, chickens, beans, corn cows and more corn.
The one in Greenwood?? I hope you didn't go to that one. Got talked into going there coming back from a roadie with some guys that was talking about their wings there. Took us a good half hour out of our way to get to that location, and had we just waited a little bit, we could have gone to the location on the north side of town that was a lot closer to interstate 69 there. *giggle* but yeah, that was the route we were going.
