I didn't consume enough to be seriously blasted. I was completely coherent and well behaved all night. I know, I'm surprised too!

I'll try my count...
5 7&7's at the DT pregame
1 pint of American Honey at the game
3 7&7's at the DT with dinner and after
1 beer at that house party
6 7&7's and 2 shots back at the DT again
Several long pulls off of a handle of Smirnoff at the hockey team house

I didn't really drink that much, when you consider it was spread out over about 13 hours.

1 pint of Captain Morgan Lime Bite at the game
3 Captain&Diets at the DT with dinner and after
3 beers at that house party

1 pint of Hot **** at the house party

'Afternoon, Lodge. On a scale of 1-10, right now I'd give today a solid 4. It's not a bad day, but it has had it's *ty aspects. :(

I didn't say it was doubled, you did. I was talking about how I drive through the tunnel. 70 would be nuts in that thing at rush hour.

Coincidentally, my physician has brought up to me that I should have mine removed after spending almost six complete months sick last winter, and now just over two continuous months this winter. Well, there's that reason and she thinks it could help with my sleep apnea.

BTW, it's better they remove the tonsils as a kid than for an adult. I was doing some reading, for a kid it's a 1-2 week recovery. For an adult, it's along the lines of 2-6 weeks. And the first week they suggest you not talk at all.

I had mine out two years ago. Done on a Friday, stayed at my mom's house over the weekend and through the week, I think. Thought I was going to die. Was back to work the next week. Oh, and I went to Wisconsin the weekend after having it done. It took forever for the residual pain to finally go away. I couldn't fully yawn for weeks without it hurting.

All this came about after getting an abscess. Gross...

I don't know that I've ever met a more awkward person in my life. And that's saying something. Actually, I've never actually been introduced to him, either, so I guess "seen" is a better term than "met".
