Surprisingly the snowplows have been on my street and even on the one block cul-de-sac to which the condo garage driveway connects. Also, the contractor has plowed the driveway. There is a couple of inches of snow on everything that hasn't been plowed recently.

Good morning Lodge. Back up in Lowell this morning at the Lowell Memorial Auditorium. My 11 year old niece has an all-day dance competition. She's in 5 numbers apread out thru the day. My sister-in-law told me her first number was at 9;15 so I got up here as fast as I could only to find out she doesn't go on till 10:15.

I'm mostly annoyed because I need to take my car to a gas station to get my tire pressure checked. That stupid indicator light is on and every time I try to reset it it comes back on.I could have done that this morning.

I got a great deal on whole NY Strip... 12 lbs for less than $25. Think I know what I'm having for dinner tomorrow night...

12 lbs of NY Strip is a big meal! That'll put some meat on your bones!

So I was having drinks last night with a member of the Hobey Baker committee....


just learned one of the dads on the PW team is on the committee. Has no part in the slecetion, just the organizing.

PWs won again last night 9-2. We had 32 shots to 9 and somehow we had 5 penalties to their 0 for the players (their coach got a bench). I'm sorry, but when you are chasing as much as they were, you commit penalties, and they did. Worst homer ref job evah. The same crew worked a squirt game before ours and it was the same. The Edina squirt coach is a very experienced and very calm coach, that was as p i s s e d as I've seen him. Gotta write the district today and complain. I hope since we won big, they give my complaint more credence.

We've never met and really don't know squat about each other, but from reading your posts for a while now I've got to believe that if you ever do end up there, it certainly won't be for long. You'll be fine as long as you keep yourself focused on the big picture. Hang in there, man!

Sloe Gin - yes, I do have a spare tire. I should just be able to go to a gas station to get this done, right? I'm thinking Toyota dealerships will be a little booked these days.

You should be able to. I know back in the day air was free, but you might have to drop a quarter or fifty cents or something to fill your tire. And hopefully you have an air gauge.

Lots of gas stations still have free air, too. And what Brent said - if you don't have an air gauge, I highly recommend buying one, even just a cheapo stick one. The dial gauges are better though.

Took a walkthis morning. It was beautiful outside to look at. 27 didn't feel cold when I walked out the door. The wind came up when I was out and all of a sudden my legs numb and the zipper hitting my chin was burning cold. I am still thawing out and I have been home awhile. Next time maybe a bit more facial protection! How people run in this, I don't know! BRRR
