Re: Rep Lodge 80: In a row?

Thanks. Over the weekend little gII started to walk short distances and little g fed off of this. Little g has a long way to go but the smile on his face was awesome.

little g needs an account on here so we can rep him!!

Awesome -- nothing like a little sibling rivalry to get things moving (so to speak). :p

*thumbs up*

Furniture purchased and assembled:
2 Leksvik coffee table and tv stand
Benno DVD Shelf
Grevbäck (not assembled yet) Bookshelf
2 Börje kitchen chairs
Expedit bathroom shelving
Malm dresser
and Norden kitchen table

Oh, those crazy Swedes. :)
Only one of the Leksviks was assembled (did I leave the other one on your bed when I left? :o ). The second Leksviks piece should be pretty easy - sort of a more squat version of the Expedit. The Grevbäck should be interesting, given it's size. Nothing will be as intense as the Malm (fun, though).

You did, but luckily I was able to move it without too much trouble :p

I have to rearrange things in the apartment before I build any more furniture. I'm definitely going to need/want to hire movers next time. :o

Good morning Lodge.

For those of you keeping score at home, little g took about ten steps on Saturday!
Awesome news. :)

This is where cases of beer and the Hosers might come in handy...:D

So, that's what the young kids are calling it these days.

In a row??

Morning Lodge!

Great news gmann!!!

So, my weekend didn't exactly go as planned...My friend that was flying into MSP for the weekend missed her flight, and ended up not coming, apparently they don't have clocks in Phoenix. That was disappointing, since I was looking forward to getting a good meal at the wedding, for free. But it wasn't all bad, since it gave me the chance to spend Saturday afternoon/night with the lady friend. We went to the Mall of America (i desperately needed to get some clothes for work and she needed some other random stuff), which was fun. On our way back home, we stopped at Matt's Bar for juicy lucys, it was the first time I've had them at Matt's and they were just as awesome as advertised. We ended up starting to put together a jigsaw puzzle, and watching a movie, then we got preoccupied with...something else.
Nekkid Twister??

;) :D

In a row??

Yes. He did it about a dozen times. He walks like me after drinking a fifth of Crown. (this can be taken both on the humorous and not so humorous side. A couple times this weekend I had tears in my eyes regarding this. Tears of happiness and tears of sadness. :) :( )

Little g currently wears a brace or SMO that is ankle high. Within the next couple weeks he will be wearing a brace/SMO that goes to his knees. No doubt this will temporarily set him back a bit as he learns to adjust but long term this should help him progress even further.

Close circuit to gmann- the plot thickens!

Tell me about it. I cannot wait for the the explanation/spin on this one. For now I am going to kick back and watch this all unfold while eating popcorn.

Lunchtime! Vegetarian enchiladas, mixed berry iced tea and a couple of coconut macaroons for dessert.

I hope everyone's week is getting off to a good start. :)

It is fascinating in a horrible sort of way when you watch something like that. Part of you might be sad/angry but the other part screams I told you so (even if only in your head). Critical mass comes quickly sometimes.:(
