A number of naturalistic religions celebrated the vernal equinox or saluted the appearance of new growth after the dead of winter. Many of these traditions have been subsumed into the Christian holy day we call Easter, in late March or early April.

Seems a bit unbalanced to me that we also don't also celebrate the autumnal equinox and salute a successful harvest in late September or early October...perhaps call it "Wester"?


or maybe "Oktoberfest" is a better name for it.....

When you have a party in space, you planet. However, don't invite the sun. He thinks everything revolves around him.
