Yeah I couldn't see anything that looked major. He went off after breaking up the shorthanded opportunity for HC with about 8 minutes left in the 2nd. I didn't notice until they had D. Smith running the point on the 1st PP unit for the rest of the game. Hope he's alright and we will see him back on the ice soon.

A shutout would be nice but a win is what matters. I'm just hoping they have worked on the little mistakes and come out to play a much more solid game. They simply can't look past any team and need to take care of business.

Pretty bummed to tune in to the democratic debate this week and not see Aldworth there. I figured he's a lock for the White House.

Didn't get to see any of the games last weekend because of the Ice Breaker. Watch out for Maine's freshman goaltender next week! No one really blew me away last weekend, but I could see No Dak being a force again this year. Their goaltender calmed down after the first period Friday and played well from there on out.

Looking forward to SCSU next week!

Ever since he scored, I cant get the stream up anymore. Too much traffic? Or the curse of Fred Davenport lives on?

Loved that hit by Clifton. He's showed a little more maturity. Obviously Aldworth looks good but I like Davidson a lot. Throws his body around but is a lot quicker than a BVB, albeit smaller. Good to see Hilbrich playing in his first official game today.

Classic Garteig shutout...15 saves. Boys looked good tonight. Just the way I had hoped. Toews was impressive with that goal and his pass on TSD's goal was a beaut. Time to get ready for a battle with Maine.

Larson, when's Red going to show he knows how to coach your boys up there?

Aldworth, Davidson, and Teows all looked like stars out there tonight. I got the shut out I was hoping for. SOG were so uneven. I love the physical play, in my eyes that is what has been missing from the team. C. Clifton is playing way more intelligent out there which is great to see. In all I thought this was a way better game played as a whole, boys looked good. Just glad it was a blow out... Take care of the teams you are supposed to take care of!

While it was a great effort tonight, let's not lose sight of the fact that ASU isn't quite ready for prime time. They were good but totally gassed by mid-game. If not for a wall in net, the score would have easily been double-digits.

If he continues to perform like tonight, we'll need to call him Mr. Aldworth or Sir Thomas. Very impressive. Davidson brings a lot of Van Brabant to the table... the kid hits like a freight train. Very good with the puck too.

How about Hilbrich? I thought he played a heck of a game, albeit at a turtles pace. It's too bad he's so slow on his feet because I think he has everything else. Definitely made his presence known tonight and Reid Cashman had nothing but praise for his effort in the post-game.

I agree about Connor's level of maturity... thus far. Hopefully he continues that way going forward.

Again, a great all-around effort tonight. Garteig did what he needed to when he needed to and the team played very well in front of him. Can't find fault in anyone's play. Going to take another complete effort come Tuesday against Maine.

I'm a little late to the beginning of the season party.
I'm very happy with what we have seen so far. These first three games were a great primer for the games soon to come.
Aldworth is super fun to watch. I can't wait to see him grow as the season goes on. Possible nickname.... "Money's Worth".
Next week should start the real test. Maine's freshman goalie looks to be a beast and St. Cloud is always a tough weekend.

We made it to the HC cross game last weekend and will be there for on the 24th for St. Cloud. It's great to be watching Bobcat hockey again!
