Pyeongchang Spoilers: Tomorrow's Competitions, TODAY!

Re: Pyeongchang Spoilers: Tomorrow's Competitions, TODAY!

That gold medal one is sweet.

They are so getting a C&D letter for them though.

The quiet shot of the match was the miss Shuster swept into the rings I’m the eighth. That changed the entire game. It forced Sweden to reconsider their strategy and scored an extra point in the end.

Wow. I didn’t know Tyler George’s parents ran the Duluth curling club. He said when he was a baby he had slept in one of the roasting pans in the kitchen. That’s got to be something special for his entire family.

The team in the studio is a great watch. Hard to not get a tear in your eye listening to these guys.

Lol. These guys seem like a lot of fun.

Re: Pyeongchang Spoilers: Tomorrow's Competitions, TODAY!

I think you can take credit for part of the gold then. Your greatness wore off on him.

Sticks and Stones, by the way, is the best name for the hockey and curling bar.

And here, we've got a mountain bike trail named that.

Boo.

Cue the Russians proclaiming themselves to be the greatest hockey country of all history.

Re: Pyeongchang Spoilers: Tomorrow's Competitions, TODAY!

Just stay down on the puck, Seidenberg. Take the penalty if it comes to it.

Re: Pyeongchang Spoilers: Tomorrow's Competitions, TODAY!

Well, we learned the Russians have better European professionals. It's sad that the world championships will have deeper talent pools than the Olympics this year. Not sure who Germany will bring or if they'll have the same coach for that but I'm excited to see how they and the Koreans fare in Denmark.

That German lineup was pretty loaded as far as these olympics go. A lot of former NHLers, and ones that aren't so far removed meaning they aren't old as dirt. Need a goalie, though. Is Kolzig still alive?

"We got banned from the Winter Olympics and all we got was a gold medal in the only sport we care about"

Well done, IOC.
