The fact that he's calling cav a "fool" is hilarious.

I hardly post here and I have "no life."
And "no one reads" PC91's posts.

His batting average is amazing!

What does Hokydad do for an encore? Refer to UnhCat07 as a Deraney apologist?!?!?

You can vote for your favorite Friar at http://www.hobeybaker.com/voting/. Well at least:

Matt Bergland

After watching the end of the BU-BC Winter Classic at Fenway, I think PC should invite Merrimack to play at McCoy Stadium.

You wouldn't get enough fans to fill the softball field's stands at PC. :o

I was at the game last night and PC was the answer to a trivia question question on Fenway's scoreboard. Part of some dopey HE trivia to keep your mind off the fact that you were freezing... Who plays at Schneider arena? It was followed by which school's famous mascot is named Paws? NU of course. I must let you know that the PC question was also preceded by another mascot question, so you get full effect. Pathetic.

Remember that once proud program that helped create Hockeyeast? It's been reduced to a trivia question. Way to work Hockey Guy and Coach Dude You're Getting A Dell.

BU has started to climb into a home playoff spot, just 1 win away from 4th so the red we see ahead of us is gone and the Mac is back

BU also has played 2 more games than the 2 teams tied for 4th, and 3 more than Providence. In the unlikely event that PC were to win all 3 of those games in hand, you'd be ahead of BU.

I love your optimism!!! It's just one of many reasons to like you. Unfortunately, saty put it best. I expect two more wins in HE but that's about it. :(

I feel bad for the players. More head games from the coach should commence after the third or fourth loss suffered to open the second half of the season. It will be another train wreck after that. Kind of like last season.

Jim Donaldson at the Projo promised me he would do a column on Army's record and the state of the program if they end up with another year like last one. We can only hope...lol.

He should save himself the trouble later on by writing it this week so he merely has the formality of submitting it at the end of March. :p

Does he REALLY think anything is going to change this season???

I know that we had one d-bag troll for a while on this thread who thought that we all should be rejoicing because Army's record this season has surpassed last year's disgrace.

Thank goodness for a sad Bowling Green team or Army would really look like clown shoes.

Pssst, There is a game tomorrow! Wake from your hibernation!

I'll be there with Murray. He was going to charge me for the ticket but feels as PC hockey fans, we've suffered enough. :p

Tough stretch of opponents coming over the next two weeks. I'm calling the Friars upset of BC this morning so you all know who called it first. I'll even give you the score 4-3. Bank on it. ;)

2nd Half Fever, Be a Believer!!! No 2010th place for PC this year.

Please let me know if that FOF membership card and decoder ring gets you into Pikes Peak. (I know Murray can get you in, but I'm curious if BC will reciprocate the FOF hospitality shown in December.)

PC starts the run to the FF tonight!

I'll check. Murray says he's buying tonight so it's a bag of chips and ice water for me if I'm lucky. :p

I have a feeling it will be a big fat no on reciprocation but we'll see.
BC has a real menu to offer while PC does not, otherwise I think that PC's room is a better take because you can watch the game from the FOF room but not the Peak.

The road to Detroit starts tonight!!! Roll mighty Friars, roll. :D

Re: Providence - 2009-10 What is in the glass?

I know that its the scoreboard that counts, but getting outshot 22-1 in the first period! Beaudry should sue for non-support. Sheesh!

Re: Providence - 2009-10 What is in the glass?

Where can I find this game.....found it, Beaudry must be punch drunk, great D

Been awhile since doing any reading here so didn't go back in time so sorry if this is old news, heard tonight that Frosh Tim Smith, defenseman from Wisconsin, left the team right after returning from the holiday. That's 3 defensemen in a year that have left. Guess he wasn't happy his time on the ice was being cut back.

He had played all the games to date but his play was not too good as they headed to the break. I guess he wasn't up to the challenge to fight to get better and get his time back, at least that's what the HC hinted in his talk with Mike L.
