Does anyone think that Randy Velischek might be having second thoughts about his son playing @ PC.

Tournament Mode® is just around the corner. I do know that March and April is a fun time to watch college hockey. I have started thinking about what team to adopt this year.

It is so much fun to watch the most of top 14-16 teams play in the tournament.

I'm starting to think waiting for PC to appear in an NCAA tournament will be like Northwestern playing in the NCAA basketball tournment.

More fail!

PC didn't stick to the game plan - they kept scoring to tie it up after UNH took a 1-goal lead. If you let the Wildcats hang around in a close game, and dont give them that early cushion and make them relax, you'll get burned.

BTW, whiteboard during warmups/1st period: "You area GOON!" ;)

No loss for PC today!!!!!

But they fell even further behind...even Merrimack is now 7 points ahead of them.

Their 37 goals scored in conference is far and away the worst -- the next team with the fewest goals is 54 (Northeastern), so it's not even close.

It's like we have said now for a few years, if this team cannot score they're not going to win. I can't see them offensively making any major leaps forward judging by what we've seen this year -- so next year is likely going to be more of the same. Even minimal improvement is going to mean a step from 10th to 8th -- but even that would necessitate more production, a lot more, than what they've gotten this season.

Right now, no matter how you slice it and who you want to blame, there is a sizable gap between this team's offense and basically the rest of the league. It's an almost shocking disparity.

I fear Scarlet's attempts at getting a hot dog will be more competitive than PC this weekend.

How do we lose this time? Blowout? Beaudry keeps us in it only to lose in OT?
Sigh....

I'm coming down for the game next Saturday and wondering if anyone on here could help me out by suggesting a good pub near the arena to grab a few beers and a bite before the game. Thanks

Now that Culhane will be out at WMU, does that officially put Army at the top of the worst coaches in college hockey list?
